Lady Godiva. It’s an easy one.

My mom made me an awesome mermaid costume when I turned 21. It was gorgeous, with aqua sequins for the bottom. But an easy one I did once was a dead cheerleader.

I make my Halloween costume ever year and one of the one that people liked most was the fairy costume with life size wings. I made a skirt out of tulle and had fake flowers all over it. It was fun and since i made the wings it was different.

Be a teletubie, its so easy to fake the dialoge of them. Besides, they only use women to fill the teletubie costume characters in the shows anyway.

The most outrageous costume I ever made, which I still do from time to time, is that of an Undead zombie. Which is supposed to be a “victim of a **** and murder”.
I use a lot of fake blood and fake wounds and wear a torn-up scantily dressed cocktail waitress costume, high heels thigh high stockings garterbelt and also green and grey and black body paint.
Its utterly gross, yet sensual and a lotta fun. It really stands out against most peoples “homemade” and “Custom Costume rental” - costumes. I’ve won a few contests, just coz its comparitively original,… I also pack Mace, for the occasional smartass jerk who thinks they can make thier moves on me.

I almost always make my own. Usually I try to do something with a twist. This year I’m going as a cheerleader (pretty good outfit for a guy I think - hehe). I bought the uniform off of Ebay this last spring (when they are easy to get). Details are everything so I bought a skirt with matching sweater, actual cheerleading shoes that also matched the uniform, and then even a satin squad jacket with the name Michelle written across the back (so I guss I’ll be Michelle that day). I still plan to get some cheerleading socks to finish it off. Another year I went as a hooker. I bought a black leather mini-skirt (always wanted to know what it was like to wear one of these - hehe), atight black top, and some shoes with a really high heel. I wore black nylons, a blonde wig, and then lots of make-up. Either of these would work good for a girl too but I think are exceptional for a guy. There’s also Cable Repair Guy (guy if you’re a girl ), a Plumber, Engineer Geek with the pocket protector and taped up glasses (no good for me, I’m that everyday - hehe), Punk Rocker or Goth Girl (hey, I could do that one next year ), Prison Escapee (must show up in prison jump suit and handcuffs .. try not to lose the key), or maybe a WWF wrestling star (take your pick).
